Nelson is one of those colleagues I can best describe as a multi-layered full package. When I first started working with him, he was part of our digital team. With the exit of the team manager, Nelson stepped up and took on many additional tasks, working longer hours to build his capacity and competence. I recall him as a never-say-never colleague who would work round the clock to find solutions. During our coverage of the first national elections, he prepared his team to provide digital output that allowed our station to be followed in real time online.

I would recommend Nelson as your go-to person for IT-related projects, as he is highly experienced and has an excellent customer service relationship. He is exceptionally strong in digital content creation, social media management, and public relations.
