Below is a selection of communications projects from my work with NGO programmes and donor-funded interventions. Each case study outlines the challenge, my approach and the results achieved.

The Challenge
A UNICEF-funded reintegration programme in Northeast Nigeria was making real progress but failing to communicate it. Visibility materials were inconsistent and donor branding requirements weren't being met.
What I Did
- Built a visibility plan aligned with UNICEF branding
- Produced posters, banners and factsheets
- Documented success stories from the field
- Trained staff on ethical photography and story collection

The Challenge
SFCG Nigeria had an active social presence but no strategy. Posts were irregular and engagement was low, with no content calendar or analytics review process.
What I Did
- Audited channels and built a 6-month content strategy
- Managed a monthly content calendar across platforms
- Reviewed analytics weekly to adjust strategy
- Launched the Na We Be Peace viral campaign

The Challenge
A multi-donor programme needed to capture and package impact stories for donor reporting, but stories were scattered and lacked consistent structure against EU narrative standards.
What I Did
- Built a story-collection framework for field teams
- Interviewed beneficiaries and community leaders
- Designed booklet publications aligned with EU branding
- Trained field staff on ethical story collection

The Challenge
No structured mechanism existed for regular stakeholder communication. Emails were ad hoc and unbranded, with no subscriber growth strategy or way to measure impact.
What I Did
- Designed a branded newsletter template system
- Segmented subscribers by audience type
- Built an editorial calendar for regular editions
- Set up open rate and click tracking
